The Franklin County One Day Community Outreach event is an annual community outreach program for the citizens of Franklin County.  It is organized and conducted by several local churches and faith groups along with local doctors, nurses, city administrators, local businesses and neighbors.  The location is on the edge of downtown Winchester at the 1st United Methodist and 1st Baptist churches.
